The owner had approached us to talk about renovation plans for their 30 year old 3DK Apartment home with the following concerns:
●Depreciating rental value.
●Deteriorating equipment has negatively affected the tenant occupancy.
●The depreciation of rental value has shown correlation with increased cases of unpleasant tenants.
●Standard renovation of the interior by itself would be insufficient.
The owner had approached our Property Management division with the objective to improve their property’s situation.

The main objective of the renovation is to achieve high-satisfaction for tenants by furnishing the new and latest equipment and improve the unit layout.


To achieve these objectives, we have prepared a proposal with the new equipments and a new unit layout plan which would require the interior to be stripped into a bare, “skeleton layout” as the initial process of the renovation.


After a series of meetings focused attention on details while making use of our expertise and many years of experience, we have utilized our property development know-how to implement a renovation plan that is nearly identical to a new development.


As a result, even prior to the completion of the renovation project, the apartment units received new tenants to achieve maximum occupancy while the rental value of the units have successfully returned to market rates.


The owner expressed gratitude and high satisfaction of our work and is able to effectively and reliably manage their property.
