The owner originally approached us to request for demolition and re-development of the 45-year-old apartment building that was to be passed down to their son as inheritance.

During the 45-year period of the building’s life, various facilities including the building itself had deteriorated. However, after examining the building’s structural composition and its earthquake resistance, which had cleared strict safety standards, we have decided to propose that instead of destructing the building that it would be more economical to use the latest design techniques to do a renovation project.

After a series of meetings focused attention on details while making use of our expertise and many years of experience, we have utilized our property development know-how to implement a renovation plan that is nearly identical to a new development.

The results of the renovation project included inquiries for every unit in the apartment building with the rental value returning to market rates.

The owner’s concerns have been solved, and happily “passing down the property with a peace of mind” to the son.
The owner has since introduced their relative and friends with similar concerns to us.
